Cold and dry air can leave your skin itchy, red, and irritated


  • While bathing use Lukewarm water. Not too hot and reduce the shower time.

  • Stay Hydrated by drinking enough water as well as choose Skin Care Products wisely, which hydrates and moisturises the skin.

  • Protect your skin by wearing comfortable, warm clothes.

  • Do not exfoliate your skin a lot and avoid harsh cleansers.

  • Moisturise frequently. Don't forget to moisturise the hands and feet.

  • Do not wear wet clothes for too long to avoid itchy skin.

  • Use natural items such as oils, honey, aloe vera, yogurt and papaya for keeping your skin hydrated.

  • Apply Sunscreen even in winter days.

  • Avoid washing your hair frequently. Use dry shampoo for limp hair.

  • Moisturise your scalp using oil or give a hot oil hair wash.

  • Use a satin pillowcase and wear a hat for hair fall protection.

  • Use mild shampoo and conditioner.
